Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Bhadohi, district Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 01 criminal case, in which he has already been granted interim anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. No. 10614 of 2024, copy of order has been brought on record as Annexure No. 4 to
