This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Deepak Gupta, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 109 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 87, 351(2) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Chakia, District Chandauli. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 20.06.2025 by Lal Mohammad against the applicant alleging therein that on 07.06.2025 at about 02:00 am Deepak Gupta (the present applicant) lured and enticed away his daughter aged about 19 years on a false promise to marry.
