The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Subodh Nagar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.205 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is not named in the F.I.R.. As per F.I.R., the persons seated in the Swift Car bearing No.DL3CCZ2283 are stated to have fired at the injured. The injured sustained entry wound over the lumber spine.
