This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Suraj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 190, 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Jogiya Udaipur, District- Siddharth Nagar.
