Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Neeraj Gupta seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.11 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent he has been falsely implicated in this case. From the perusal of the First Information Report, applicant-Neeraj is named in the FIR as per the recovery memo and he arrested on the spot by N.C.B. and 3 kg of Charas has been recovered from the possession of the accused-applicant Neeraj.
