Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State of U.P. 2-The instant bail application has been preferred on behalf of the applicant-Pankaj Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station-Kandawa, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, the police, on the basis of an information of the informer, has apprehended the vehicle in question. On making query, the driver-Pankaj Kumar told that he has two cows in his vehicle.
