This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Komil, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.416 of 2024, u/s 65(1), 351(2), 351(3) BNS and 5 (Tha)/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Kundarki, District Moradabad. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 28.11.2024 by Ram Kishore against the applicant and two other alleging therein that his daughter aged about 16 years went to the school on 28.4.2024 at about 8 a.m. but did not return back.
