Counsel for Applicant :- Praveen Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Santosh Rai,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0282 of 2024, under Sections 109(1) B.N.S. & Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Behat, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the FIR has registered against the unknown accused-persons. There is no specific role and involvement of the accused applicant has been assigned in the FIR and case diary. During the investigation, name of the accused applicant came into the light on the basis of the statement of informant (mukhbir) after six months of the incident. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 26.05.2025. In case, the applicant is
