Sufiyan for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 121(1), 132, 324(5), 326(G), 223B and 310(2) of B.N.S., and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/4 of Public Property Prevention of Damage Act in Case Crime No. 305 of 2024, Police Station- Nakhasa, District Sambhal. 2.
