The present bail application has been moved by the applicants accused Dinesh and Rampal Kushwaha for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.54 of 2025, Police Station Pali, District Lalitpur. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that the accused-applicants have been implicated in the present case on the basis of their involvement in one case mentioned in gang chart in which they are on bail. The applicant are in jail since 10.05.2025. 4.
