The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Gopal Chauhan for the offence punishable under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi), 2(b)(xiii) and 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.543 of 2024, Police Station - Khorabar, District - Gorakhpur. 2. Sri Balram Mishra, learned advocate, appears for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. There are four base cases shown in the gang chart in which, the accused is on bail. The criminal history of three cases is also shown against the accused, wherein, in one case accused-applicant is on bail; in one case the charge sheet has not been filed against the accused-applicant and in one case particular is mismatched.
