In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj has submitted a report disclosing that the sole appellant has died. The copy of the death certificate dated 18.3.2021 issued by the Registrar of Birth & Death has also been annexed with the report. As the appellant has died, the appeal stands abated.
