Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra vide letter dated 06.07.2021 has informed this Court that the sole appellant Gyani Dom has already passed away on 02.08.2019. 2. In verification of his death, statement of Santosh Kumar, son of Gyani Dom and Geeta Devi, daughter-in-law of the appellant has been recorded. Police report by S.I. Suneel Kumar Dixit of Police Station Kon, District Sonbhadra is also annexed. 4. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, the present criminal appeal stands dismissed as having been abated.
