Learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned AGA are present. 3. C. J. M., Saharanpur vide his letter dated 11.8.2025 has informed this Court that appellant no. 1 Sanjay S/o Bedu has passed away fourteen years back. Appellant no. 2 Bhagat, S/o Sahendra has also passed away on 26.10.2022. In verification of their death, statements of Pratap Singh, brother of Sanjay has been recorded. Statement of Manglesh Pawar, cousin of appellant no. 2 Bhagat has also been recorded. Death certificate issued by Pradhan of Gram Panchayat, Babupura, district- Saharanpur and Government of U. P., have also been annexed. Police report by Sub-Inspector Ravindra Kasana, police station- Deoband has also been annexed. 4.
