Compliance affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. in the Court today, is taken on record. 2. In para 3 of the said compliance affidavit it has been stated that the sole appellant-Kripali has already passed away several years back. 3. In verification of his death, statement of Buddhu son of Malkhan has been recorded. Death certificate issued by Village Pradhan, Village Luktara, District Banda has also been annexed. Police Report dated 28.07.2025 has also been annexed. 4. In view of the above, since the sole appellant-Kripali has already expired, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
