This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 375/2016, dated 26.04.2016, registered at P.S Vikaspuri, Delhi under Sections 406/468/471/120B/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments made in the FIR, Respondent No. 2, owner of a car dealership in Vikas Puri, purchased a Swift car bearing vehicle CRL.M.C. 5759/2025 5.2 lakh, allegedly owned by petitioner no. 4 from petitioner nos. 1-3.
