The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed seeking to challenge the sale notice for sale of immovable properties dated 20.02.2025, under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and proviso to Rule 8(6) read with Rule 9(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, issued by the respondent No.1 to the petitioners for recovery of loan amount to the tune of Rs.2,62,47,218.53. The petitioners, further, by way of the present writ petition has sought a direction to the respondents restraining them from adoping any coercive measure to recover the aforesaid loan amount sought to be recovered by the aforesaid sale notice.
