The execution proceedings are maintainable before the revenue courts as well. 2. The writ petition filed for a writ of mandamus seeking execution of the order passed by the Board of Revenue may not be maintainable before this Court, once the mechanism of execution proceedings is open under law before the court concerned. 3. The petitioner is at liberty to initiate proceedings for execution of the order passed by the Board of Revenue before the court concerned itself. 4.
