The U.P. Pollution Control Board on the said date has already clarified that the brick-kiln was not operational. In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the operation of the brick-kiln established by the opposite party No.8, if any, may be permitted to operate, subject to clearances obtained as per law. .
