By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to release the amount of leave encashment in favour of the petitioner forthwith; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2025 and 04.03.2025 expeditiously within stipulate period as directed by this Hon'ble Court.;" 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4.
