Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent No. 2 to release the pension and gratuity of the petitioner after retirement dated 31.08.2023 from the post of Revenue Inspector (Office) Tahsil Sadar, District Mirzapur."
