Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner claims to be the wife of the employee namely the respondent no. 3 and is aggrieved for reinstatement of respondent no. 3. Petitioner is merely a complainant and no writ petition in service matter, inasmuch as Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is entertainable. Accordingly, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
