By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the commutation of pension, GPF, Gratuity, Group Insurance and full pension to the petitioner alongwith interest w.e.f. 01.09.2022. II. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner for the payment of commutation of pension, GPF, Gratuity, Group Insurance and full pension to the petitioner alongwith interest w.e.f. 01.09.2022." 3.
