And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mahadeo Singh Chandel Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to pay the full pension (pakki pension), commutation value (pension vikri) and arrears of the petitioner with interest." It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already moved a representation dated 13.09.2024 before the respondent no. 2 which is still pending. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
