This appeal has been preferred by the appellant under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 1, assailing the impugned judgment dated 05.06.2015, passed by learned Presiding Officer of the Railway Claims Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi 2 in claim application bearing No. OA(IIu) 245/13 titled ‘Vijendar Singh & Anr. vs. Union of India’, whereby the claim for compensation filed by the appellants herein was rejected.
