This appeal is directed against order dated 06.02.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - C No. 4873 of 2021, wherein the writ petition filed by respondent No. 5, against order dated 14.01.2021 passed by Director of Education (Secondary), Uttar Pradesh directing the Regional Level Committee to rehear the proceedings of election, has been set aside. 2. The Regional Level Committee, by its order dated 13.10.2020, decided the dispute with respect to management of Society qua which writ petition No. 13359 of 2020 was filed. During the pendency of the said writ petition, filed by the appellants, the Director of Education, U.P. passed the order dated 14.01.2021 seeking to point out deficiencies in order dated
