The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party nos. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment on public utility land i.e. Gata No. 814, situated at Village Baghaiya, Pargana Hisampur, Tehsil Kaiserganj, District Bahraich." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
