The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment and construction of opposite party no. 6 and 7 over the reserve land of "Pond" bearing Gata No. 238, area measuring 0.1090 hectare, situated at Village-Maduana, Tehsil-Aalapur, District-Ambedkar Nagar." 3.
