Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties No.1 to 4 to get free the Gram Sabha land Gata No.533, measuring area 1.256 hectare situated at Village Palta, Pargana Dewa, Tehsil Nawabganj, District Barabanki from the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.6, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties No. 1 to 4 to ensure the release of Public Utility Land i.e. Land Gata No. 533, measuring area 1.256 hectare recorded in Revenue Records as Banjar land of Gram Sabha situated at Village Palta, Pargana Dewa, Tehsil Nawabganj, District Barabanki." 3.
