The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment from the Nali in question and open the same and remove the illegal encroachment from the abadi land, in the interest of justice." 3.
