Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that under Section 168-A of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950, fragmentation of the land holding of Gata No.348 was done, which was contrary to law. 3. Admittedly, the said fragmentation was done prior to 2004, when the same was barred in view of Section 168-A of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act. The present petition has been filed in the year 2025 without demonstrating as to how the petitioners are espousing the cause. 4. No good ground for interference is made. 5.
