Meenakshi Singh Hon'ble Arun Bhansali,Chief Justice Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J. 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners purportedly in public interest seeking to question the order dated 19.01.2024 passed by Additional Director, Consolidation, U.P. and consequential Gazette Notification published on 23.03.2024, by the State. 2. The challenge essentially is to the consolidation proceedings undertaken by the respondents by way of passing of the orders, Annexure-1 and Annexure-2. 3. Filing of PIL for the said purpose cannot be countenanced. If the petitioners are aggrieved by orders Annexure-1 and Annexure-2, based on non-compliance of the statutory provisions, they can question the same in their individual capacity. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to question the validity of the orders in accordance with law. Order
