By way of the present petition under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC), the petitioner seeks grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 358/2019 dated 21.10.2019 for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 25,27,54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Arms Act) registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar (subject FIR). 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.10.2019, upon receiving information, Sub-Inspector Ravi Kumar along with Assistant Sub-Inspector Ram Niwas reached the BJRM Hospital, 19.
