Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under Section 397 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter “Cr.P.C”) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C against the Judgment dated 25.10.2012 whereby Ld. Family Court has declined to grant maintenance to the Petitioner, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 2. Briefly stated, the Petitioner got married to the Respondent on 27.07.2008 as per Hindu rites and rituals.
