At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the balance amount of the wages due under Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has been paid to the Respondent. 3.1 A Demand Draft of the balance amount has been handed over by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to the Respondent, who is physically present before the Court. 4. The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking to challenge an award dated 13.01.2020 passed by Ld. Labour Court-V, Rouse Avenue, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as ‘Impugned Award’].
