The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in a case for offence under Section 61(2) of BNS and Sections 7, 7A, 8 and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. 2. Broadly speaking, according to prosecution, on the basis of an information, CBI carried out a raid in the premises of Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad in which two public servants and three non-public servants were arrested on the spot. It is further alleged that the accused/applicant, who is a non-public servant, fled the spot. The role ascribed to the accused/applicant is that he was working as a tout for BAIL APPLN. 3886/2024 pages 3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the accused/applicant in the RC registered by CBI. It is also contended by learned counsel that the
