The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 29.11.2024 [impugned order] dated 29.11.2024 passed under Section 250/143(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 [Act] to give effect to the order dated 27.08.2020 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)]. 2. The petitioner had filed its return of income for the assessment year [AY] 2017-18 on 30.10.2017 declaring an income of ₹2,26,85,350/-. The petitioner’s return of income was picked up for scrutiny and a notice under Section 143(2) of the Act was issued on 13.08.2018. The said proceedings culminated in the Assessing Officer [AO] passing an assessment
