CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA J U D G M E N T (ORAL) 1. In furtherance of last effective order (19.02.2025) status report dated 07.04.2025 was filed to the effect that the address where the petitioner proposes to reside during the period of furlough was found not correct. In the detailed status report, the SHO, Vijay Vihar submitted that wife and son of petitioner are residing at F-111, Mangeram Park, Budh Vihar, Phase-2, Delhi. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner intends to reside at the said address with his wife and son. 2. As regards the impugned order dated 01.10.2024, the furlough plea of the petitioner was rejected by the Jail Authorities solely on the ground of punishment ticket dated 07.04.2024, according to which the petitioner did W.P.(CRL) 3887/2024 pages GIRISH KATHPALIA 3. However, learned counsel for respondent in all fairness also points out that
