Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents and learned counsel for the informant. 3. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the First Information Report dated 4.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0081 of 2025, under Sections 333, 351(3), 352, 75(2) of BNS, P.S. Balua, District- Chandauli. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged offence is below seven years and parties have settled their dispute outside the Court.
