And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 09.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0127 of 2025, under Sections 3 and 5 (1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 at Police Station Kotwali, District Maharajganj. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law.
