The instant writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.02.2025 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Kushinagar under Section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act in Case No.2576/2023 Computerized Case No.D202305440002576 (State v. Umar Farukh @ Chhote Ansari).
