Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 203 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., registered at Police Station-Cantt, District-Bareilly and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. As per the impugned impugned FIR, the informant alleged that her daughter aged about 23 years, who is a B.A. LL.B. student at Rajshri College, Rithaura, went to college as usual but did not return home.
