Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0054/2025 under Sections 137(2) and 87 of B.N.S. at Police Station Pailani, District Banda and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. The impugned First Information Report was lodged by the informant alleging that on 12.03.2025 at approximately 11:30 PM, his daughter aged about 14 years and a student of class 8, was enticed away by the accused along with valuable ornaments belonging to the informant's elder daughter and wife. 4.
