Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Suneel, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0183 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(m), 89 BNS, Police Station- Subhash Nagar, District-Bareilly (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition).
