Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A, for the State respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the impugned FIR dated 16.07.2024 registered as Case Crime No.186 of 2024 under Sections 191(3), 109, 3 (5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Nagal, District Saharanpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR has been lodged on false and vexatious allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioner. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for quashing of the FIR, which discloses cognizable offence.
