Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.011 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station-Lalapur, District-Yamuna Nagar, Commissionerate Prayagraj, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 6.4.2025.
