Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA-1 for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned order dated 3.2.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Mau in Case No.2372 of 2022 (State v. Jamil Ahmad) and Case No.2373 of 2022 (State v. Julfekar Ahmad) under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Control of Goonda Act, P.S. Gosi, Distt. Mau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that against the orders impugned the petitioners have already preferred statutory appeal along with stay application but inspite of sufficient time neither the appeal has been decided nor any order has been passed on stay application. He states that the petitioners are facing trial and on account of impugned orders they are facing inconvenience in attending the court proceeding. It is stated that the petition
