This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0072 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Nakur, District- Saharanpur.
