Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Present petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the F.I.R. dated 12.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0131 of 2025, under Sections 329(4), 352 & 351(2) of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Dadri, District - Gautam Budh Nagar and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is false implication of the petitioners as the disputed is purely of civil in nature and the alleged offences are punishable with a term up to seven years and protection be accorded to them in the light of the judgment of Arnesh Kumar Vs.
