This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "1) Issue A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Commissioner Vinchyachal Mandal Mirzapur to decide the Appeal no. C202516000000412 under Section 6(1) U.P.control of Goonda Act (Mahesh Kumar Tiwari Vs. State of U.P.) within stipulated period. II) To pass appropriate order staying the effect and operation of the order dated 26.3.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Mirzapur during the pendency of appeal before Commissioner Vindhyachal Mandal, Mirzapur." 3.
